Do you have private parking?

Yes, the hotel has free private parking, closed but unsupervised. We also accept coaches.

It is equipped with 2 electric terminals for electric cars.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. You just need to call +33 (0)5 53 59 08 29 or send us an email to contact@hotel-meysset.com.
Note: If you have booked though an on-line agency (Booking or other) you must go through the on-line agency.

I have reserved for the nights of 25 to 26 April, up until when can I cancel my booking without cost?

Conditions of booking :

Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number and its expiry date.

Prices are per room and per night.

For any booking with breakfast included or in a half-board pension, non-used services cannot be claimed.

Total amonut of the stay has to be paid before departure (Cash, VISA and MasterCard, Bank cheques accepted)

The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Conditions of cancellation:

In case of cancellation before the begginong of the stay, or in case of no-show or departure before the end of the stay, we will request the following compensation :

  • Until 3 days before arrival : no compensation
  • Direct reservations (telephone/email/our website)

Between 2 days and arrival date, no show, or departure before end of stay : 100 % of the first night (including breakfast and half-board pension)

  • Reservation through distributors (Booking.com / Hotels.com group /…)

And if we travel with our baby?

The hotel has 3 travel cots (installed in the room upon request) as well as two high chairs in the restaurant.

Can I travel with my animal?

No, we regret we do not accept animals.

We are a family of 4, do you have family rooms?

Yes, depending on family composition. Please contact us directly.

Do you accept chèques vacances?

Yes. You may also pay in cash or with VISA and MasterCard cards.

How to get there?

By train:
Paris/Sarlat : daily 2 trains (4h30 journey)
Toulouse/Sarlat : daily 2 trains (2h30 journey)
Bordeaux/Sarlat : daily 4 trains (2h journey)

By air:
Brive/Paris : daily 3 flights Monday to Friday, no flight Saturdays and 1 flight on Sundays
Brive/Lyon : daily 1 flight Monday to Friday.
Bergerac/Nice : daily 1 flight Wednesdays and Saturdays from 13 June to 15 September

By road:
From Paris : A10 Paris Orléans = A20 direction Toulouse
From Bordeaux : N89
From Toulouse : A62 / A20

How do we get to the hotel if we take the train to Sarlat?

We would advise you book a taxi.

At what time can I check-in?

So that our clients can benefit from the best quality, your room will be available from 16h onwards.

What to do if I arrive late? Will somebody be available to greet me?

We ask our guests to arrive between 4.00PM and 8.00PM, however the reception is open from 8AM to 8PM, 7 days a week. Out of hours, please contact the hotel in advance so that we can take the necessary steps to accommodate you.

We are at your disposal to answer your questions about the allergens present in our dishes. Obviously, our chef will suggest dishes adapted to your specific needs.

Is breakfast included in the room price?

Breakfast is an option that costs €14 (for children under 10, breakfast is €7.)

Do the rooms have safes?

No. However, we offer clients the possibility to place valuables in the hotel safe during their stay.

Should I pack a hair dryer?

No. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair-dryer.

What time must the rooms be vacated?

The rooms must be vacated by 11.00AM at the latest.

Is wifi connection available in all the rooms?

Wifi connection is free and available in all the rooms and communal areas of the hotel.

Could I leave my bags the hotel?

Yes. You may leave your bags at the hotel reception if you wish, within a reasonable time limit.

Is it possible to add additional beds to the rooms?

Yes, an extra bed, charged at €15, can be installed in some of the rooms.
Note: This facility if not available if you have booked through on-line agencies.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all rooms are air-conditionned, as well as the restaurant room, and the reception.

Can you accommodate people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are working on having one room accessible for people with reduced mobility and other handicaps.

Do you lend bath towels for the swimming-pool

Yes, we rent bath towels for 2 euros a towel

Is there electric terminal in the car park ?

Yes, the car park is equipped with two electric terminals.
